After three months of focused work, the Lolli team has launched key fixes that simplify your Bitcoin rewards experience.

We've rebuilt the platform from the ground up to deliver what you've been asking for: fast withdrawals, global access, and more ways to earn.

The biggest change? Quicker withdrawals start rolling out this month. No more 3-14 day waits, wondering when your rewards are going to hit your wallet. We're integrating with Mezo and the Lightning Network to give you fast access to your Bitcoin and USD—whether you want to access Mezo's Bitcoin onchain banking ecosystem or spend your sats with Lightning's ultra-low fees.

We've fixed the balance visibility issues that confused users. We've resolved login problems. We've expanded the selection of play-to-earn games. Over 40,000 stores across 500+ retail partners are soon returning to Lolli web. And we've rebuilt the entire backend to support faster features going forward.

This is the Lolli you asked for. Here's everything that's changed.

Fast Withdrawals (Rolling Out This Month)

This was your top complaint, and it’s being addressed.

Starting later this month, Lolli users will be able to withdraw Bitcoin and USD through Mezo - The Thesis* built Bitcoin onchain banking platform. On Mezo, users can access fixed-rate Bitcoin loans starting at 1%, deposit their rewards into a stablecoin savings account, and tap into a whole financial ecosystem built for growing and living off of BTC—all without selling, and all without relying on centralized intermediaries.

Support for Lightning Network withdrawals will be added soon. Lightning is the most popular and widely known Bitcoin L2 payment network. Lightning lets you self-custody your sats and spend them anywhere at ultra-low costs.

Fixes for New App Version

A small group of users got early access to the new Lolli over the past few days. Thanks to their feedback, we caught and resolved a few issues before the wider rollout:

  • Balance Visibility: Early users noticed the balance display wasn't clear. We fixed it so available vs. pending rewards are now separated and easy to understand.
  • Login Flow: Some early testers hit errors with magic links and OTP. Those issues are resolved, and the login experience is now smooth.

If you were part of the early rollout group and experienced any of these issues, they've all been resolved.

FAQs

Missing Funds and Balance Issues: Your funds are safe. Log out and log back in. If issues persist, contact support@lolli.com.

Account Access and Login Problems: Wait for the countdown on "Resend email" and always use the latest email link (each has a unique token that expires when a new one is sent). If this doesn't resolve it, reach out to support@lolli.com.

Withdrawal and Transfer Issues: Withdrawals are currently paused as we prepare the new withdrawal experience with Mezo and Lightning. Rolling out this month.

App Functionality and Bugs: Recent bug fixes have been pushed to improve stability and performance.

ACH withdrawals: ACH withdrawals are currently on hold until we can find a global approach for everyone. For now, we're focusing on using the same rails as Bitcoin with USD stablecoins to enable USD transfers.
